This gussied-up Vietnamese noodle joint isn't entirely orthodox (the green papaya salad is dressed with Thai sweet chile sauce), but it has its charms all the same. The sea angel tastes much better than it sounds;gorgeously fat seared scallops and grilled shrimp tossed with cold noodles, daikon, carrot, cucumber and peanuts. The grilled pork bun (noodle bowl) is topped with a entire sliced, bone-in pork chop, lacquered with a sweet-spicy marinade. Bonus: it's open until 3 a.m. on the weekends.
