The logo is a lotus flower and the name translates as Dreams at this new subterranean joint that occupies the former Alley's End space. The food might be described as spruced-up Mexican, and there are all sorts of chile experiments going on. Best on a first visit was a goat shank wrapped in avocado leaf and steamed in beer, and the fresh guacamole that came ringed by fried chips made from fresh tortillas. Homemade moles are also a strong point, including a mole pipian that accompanied roast chicken enchiladas, though some wild inventions;like goat cheese and fava bean empanadas in a dull red sauce;fell flat.
