Striving to become a franchise, but not on target yet, Supermac (really, it's more like Acceptable Mac) offers an intriguing range of macaroni and cheese variations. The B & G (bacon and gorgonzola) is particularly dope, the pungent flavors struggling to overwhelm the pasta. The biggest disappointment was the "mac cheesesteak," which was too parsimoniously turned out to fulfill its potential. The best thing on the menu may be the squarish, deep fried "mac & cheese nuggets." Conclusion: not a bad pit stop south of Penn Station.
