This small, dumbbell-shaped cafe; is Wall Street's favorite sushi haven and rightfully so. The fish quality is a notch above neighborhood-Japanese-restaurant standards. Many patrons prefer the rolls, which come arranged artistically on platters and sport ridiculous names. Anyone for an Xmas roll (tuna, salmon, and yellowtail heaped with colored caviar)? There are nifty luncheon specials, too, priced less than $10, including decent salmon teriyaki, shrimp tempura, and our fave, katsudon, the eggy pork cutlet deposited on rice.
