T.C. is an upscale taquería that, like many restaurants in Williamsburg, seems a little more interested in booze than food. But the tacos are fab and a better deal than at many of the new upscale taquerías, and there are plenty of vegetarian possibilities, including a fine filling of roast pepper strips and potato. The café-high ceilinged and clad in polished wood slats-also does some interesting non-taco dishes, including the Texas favorite of chile con queso and an interesting meatless pozole.
