Named after the Turkish Times Square, this newcomer excels at the small vegetarian plates called meze: herb-dusted artichoke hearts, leeks cooked to silkiness, green salads and bean stews, and bread dips like hummus and cacik, which are not quite garlicky enough. Best is the made-to-order borek: four fried pastry flutes oozing feta. Meat-bearing mains (pick the chopped-lamb adana kebab) are less voluminous and less interesting. Like the food menu, the wine list has some good deals, particularly some diverting Turkish wines.
