Despite the lofty name, this is a decidedly down-to-earth, no-frills vegetarian buffet spot. Most offerings are Korean or Japanese inflected;soba noodle salads, kale with miso, broccoli with sesame and ginger, and tofu galore, steamed, baked, spiced, and stewed. Squirt on the hot sauce from the self-serve bottles of Sriracha. On the steam table in the back corner, you'll find the good stuff in the midst of all the (admittedly tasty) heath food. Try the fried kimchi pancakes or the tempura vegetables, if they're fresh.
