This serviceable Thai is one of a dozen on Ninth and Tenth Avenues in Hell's Kitchen. Why pick it instead of somewhere else? The dining room is narrow and tastefully decorated, one of the most relaxing places we've eaten lately. Though the menu strays into fusion territory, it's the Siamese dishes that are most memorable: a pork green curry with just the proper amount of heat, say, or tom kha soup swimming in coconut milk with a few delicate cilantro leaves on its breast. The lunch special is another lure, in which $6.95 gets you an egg roll, small salad, mound of rice, and generous main dish.
