Owners Margo Portela and Manuel Nunez reopen their popular Upper East Side restaurant (closed since 2002), a two-floor terra cotta affair that holds 140 diners and serves up traditional Mexican food under the supervision of former Rosa Mexicana sous chef Adan Cortes. Margaritas are made with Grand Marnier instead of Triple Sec, with an impressive selection of mojitos and caipirinhas also offered.
