Yoked to a beauty parlor and located most obscurely at the end of a narrow parking lot in downtown Eltingville, Tomo carves a diverse range of near perfect sushi, and rounds out the menu with budget noodle soups and pricier Japanese entrées. The well-conceived rock garden at the front entrance is a charming emblem of the restaurant's excellence. Lunch specials are an astonishingly good deal.
