Ureña is a low-key modern Spanish restaurant from Alex Ureña, formerly the head chef at Bouley. It opened in January and, as of June, has already changed the menu nine times to keep up with the seasons. There is a tapas menu as well as a regular appetizers-and-entrées menu. Don't miss the shrimp and chorizo skewers with goat cheese toast or the pork belly (both tapas), and look for seasonal specials like soft shell crabs with ramp sauce and blue foot mushrooms.
