At this bistro with Pacific Rim accents, the appetizers are skippable-so go straight to the entrées, which are generous, novel, and arranged with an artistic flourish. A grilled cylinder of salmon twice the thickness of a hockey puck is topped with crisp onion rings of identical circumference, surrounded by diced sweet potatoes in a light, tangy sauce. Planks of seared tuna flop across a hill of steamed greens, with a maki roll fillip on the side. And the garlic mashed potatoes are as fine as you'll get in these latitudes.
