This wine bar focuses on white varietals, and has a particularly interesting selection from Austria and Hungary. One night we enjoyed a dry Austrian Riesling with enough acidity to cut through the richness of its Germanic cousin, kaasknöpfle, a cheesy spaetzle dish seasoned with nutmeg and topped with crunchy fried onions. Other worthy snacks include crostini topped with blood sausage and horseradish, or Dutch Gouda cheese cookies.
