Not sure what the name of this Dutch franchise means, since the small café offers seating, but it represents a great gimmick: Pick the elements of your stir-fry, and then watch as it's theatrically wokked behind a glass panel. The bare-bones noodles and fried rices that result are budget-priced, but the penalty climbs as you add meats and vegetables (choice of sauce is free). No matter, the completed dish easily feeds two, and our road test of the restaurant included lush rice noodles with strips of beef, baby bok choy (it looked more teenage to us), and toasted cashews with a meteorological-sounding sauce called "Hot Asia." Others sauces are identifiably Chinese, Japanese, and Southeast Asian.
