If a university department of nutrition mounted a restaurant, this is what it would be like. Handsome for a fast-food space, the room presents polished vertical lath, comfy booths, and a dandelion-poll motif. Displayed along one wall, the innovative bento boxes constitute the menu's heart-salad strewn boxes that also feature slices of chicken, bright red beef ta-ta-ki, or salmon sashimi, each with the number of calories and amount of fat marked on top. Then there are won ton soups, maki rolls wrapped in plastic tubes, and some strange mini-desserts.
