H.P. is one of only three Honduran restaurants in the city. Though I'm not sure what "Patio" refers to - the place is small and boxy with no backyard - the food is worth riding the ferry to get. The pupusas (stuffed masa pancakes) come with the usual fillings of pork, beans, or cheese, and other memorable snacks include baleadas: like southern Mexican quesadillas, only deploying flour tortillas. Bigger feeds include beefsteak with onions, and a memorable stewed tongue served with a tomato gravy thickened with peanut powder. Finally, there are the enchiladas piled high with ground-meat picadillo, which resemble Mexican tostadas.
