It's Greek to Me showcases the meat-bearing cuisine of the Greek mainland-specifically the eastern region of Thessaly, on the Aegean Sea, and partly reflects Turkish culinary influences. There's a sage-inflected gyro, zucchini balls called kolokithokeftedes, large cheap salads, and a sumptuous pork souvlaki, available in a pita sandwich or on a platter.
