Priorities clear, the majority of the space at Jung's is devoted to the business and manufacturing of beef and pork jerky. It's logical, since what's for sale does not take up a great deal of space. There are four options: Sweet beef, spicy beef, sweet pork, and spicy pork. They all cost $17 per pound, so it's best to get them all mixed together. The jerky is sliced thin, slightly sticky, and extremely flavorful.
