Or get a plate of halusky, similar to spatzle but smaller, doused in creamy bryndza cheese and scattered with bacon bits. The pirogis are handmade, and the Hungarian fried bread is appropriately heavy. Korzo"s cooking is serious, but the atmosphere is neighborly and low key.
