Business Description

Lehman Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., a separately-incorporated, 501(c)(3) organization located on the campus of Lehman College in the Bronx, was established in 1980 to provide the underserved residents of the borough and surrounding communities with access to affordable, culturally-diverse music, dance and theatre performances. The elegant 2,310-seat Concert Hall, showcases international, national, and local performing artists, including both celebrity and emerging talents. Special free weekday performances for Bronx public schools and outreach programs for senior citizens and at-risk clients of Bronx-based service agencies enhance the Center’s offerings.
