Professor Thom's

219 2nd Ave. New York, NY 10003 | East Village | 212-260-9480

Location Description:

Here we have the East Village's destination for Red Sox fans, a narrow, low-ceilinged sports bar containing 16 TVs and a shiny red plaque that proclaims, "Red Sox Nation." Professor Thom's, however, doesn't discriminate--viewing parties are held on Monday nights for True Blood fans and Sunday nights for still-dedicated, DVD-scouring Lost fans. And even when the Sox don't win, this place still knows how to celebrate: free Jello shots whenever someone dies on Lost. (Post-crash, that is.)
