Location Description:

This sleek Lower East Side sake lounge is all about minimalism and clean lines when it comes to the decor, but complexity when it comes to the menu. The cozy lounge—complete with fireplace—claims to be New York's first dedicated sake lounge. We don't know about first, but they sure are dedicated to the Japanese rice wine. They offer a variety of styles as well as advice in the choosing, but the real draw is the signature sake, plum wine, and shochu-infused cocktails. The "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" involves a blowtorch.
