The dosas are top notch, and encompass a range of oddities rarely seen elsewhere. An example is pesarattu upma, boasting a fermented mung-bean wrapper, and a filling of cream of wheat goosed up with black mustard seeds, pistachios, and other flavorful ingredients. The upma is also available as a dish on its own, and is definitely worth ordering.
