The menu remains a bistro twist on the steakhouse formula, showcasing various cuts of Black Angus beef (an animal that evades the "Choice" and "Prime" designations of normal beef), including a very nice steak frites of hanger steak, served with crisp wobbly fries and a side salad. The four configurations of moules frites are also fab. With entrees of this volume, who needs appetizers? Still, the grilled asparagus and the frisee salad with lardons would make perfect meals in themselves.
