Fez is almost dead, and many of the venue's performers are coming back to pay tribute to the space. (Why they are closing, we just don't understand.) The inimitable drag diva Jackie Beat returns to the venue where she worked out all her inner demons in THE GOODBYE GIRL. It's a selection of the past seven years' greatest hits, with twisted takes on "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," "China Girl," and "Private Dancer." To fill you in, she rewrites the lyrics so that they are totally inappropriate, lewd, and disgusting. It's great, gay, offensive fun. Sunday @ 8 & 10; Monday @ 7:30, Fez, 380 Lafayette, 212-533-7000
It's a green week. The Craic Festival (Irish for "a good time") is well under way and the two-week Film Fleadh's (a/k/a festival) grand DJ party features Johnny Moy, an Irish club-scene staple; BP Fallon, the DJ behind Death Disco and a presence on the rock circuit since the '60s (he's hung with Led Zeppelin, U2, and Sinéad); and local boy wonder Tim Sweeney of WNYU fame. Saturday @ 10, Crash Mansion, 199 Bowery, 212-982-7767
If you think Danny Tenaglia plays boring one-sound-fits-all house music then you haven't stayed longer than one hour at any of his sets. The birthday boy does the marathon DJ thing better than anyone, flitting from different stylesclassic disco to Detroit minimal technothroughout the night. You get the feeling he does it to entertain himself as much as he does for the crowd. Saturday @ 10, Crobar, 530 W 28th, 212-629-9000
