American Apparel Wants You to Work for Them, Apparently
For those of you who have always dreamed of a retail gig at American Apparel, the time is nigh (even as profits reportedly sink. Hey, could be your last chance!). The retailer has issued a Craigslist call for "intelligent, friendly and dedicated people to work at our Lower East Side store."
This is their second open call in less than a month, so either they want you pretty bad -- or their standards are steep. No mention of being "on brand" (we hear bangs are a no-no), but go and let us know how you do.
Open calls for "Key Holder" positions take place at the 183 East Houston store, you know, the one now missing benches, on Wednesday, September 1, from 4 p.m. through 7 p.m. Which means you have all weekend to get your look down.
