Arizona Shooting Victim Arrested for Tea Party Threat
The latest from the Tucson shootings: James Eric Fuller, 63, who was wounded in Jared Lee Loughner's attack, was arrested last night at a town hall meeting. Fuller took a picture of Tea Party leader Trent Humphries and shouted, "You're dead." He's also been taken in for a psychiatric exam.
According to the AP, Fuller, who was shot in the knee and back, lashed out after Humphries "suggested that conversations about gun control be delayed until all the dead were buried."
Fuller has reportedly been writing out the Declaration of Independence to soothe himself after the attack, and he has said that he attended the "Congress on Your Corner" event to "protect [Giffords] from the tea party syndicate and to shout them down."
