Brian Rodriguez Charged in String of Queens Muggings

Cops think they've nailed the guy responsible for at least some of the 10 "pattern" muggings of women in Queens this month. Brian Rodriguez, 33, has been charged so far with at least two of the brute-force robberies.

A detective who had busted Rodriguez in 2005 apparently picked up on the modus operandi displayed in the current skein of muggings, and cops scooped him up, the Daily News says.
