Christmas Murders: One Perp Busted, Another Flees Country
Death took a holiday, but at least the NYPD wound up arresting the alleged perp in one of two separate Christmas murders.
David Delgado is in custody and accused of the Christmas Day fatal stabbing of George Talavera at a party in the Bronx.
But the boyfriend of 29-year-old Queens woman Diana Bolivar is believed to have fled the U.S.for Colombia. He's suspected of having stabbed Bolivar 40 times after a lovers' quarrel on Christmas Eve. Cops wouldn't name the boyfriend. The two had left a family party, the Daily News said, after getting into an argument about . . . when they would leave the party. Bolivar's body was discovered Tuesday.
