Cops: Andre Ramirez Shot A Guy And Now He's On The Loose
If you happen to know where to find 26-year-old Andre Ramirez, the New York Police Department would like to have a word with you -- homeboy's suspected of shooting a guy last month, and currently is on the lam.
The NYPD says that on February 10, Ramirez approached the victim, a 20-year-old Hispanic man, in the area of 3421 Broadway in Manhattan and shot him once in the abdomen before fleeing on foot.
The victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
A motive for the shooting is unclear.

Ramirez is described as Hispanic with a dark complexion. He's about 5-foot-8, 170 pounds, with short, brown hair. As you can see in the mugshot above, he has a distinctive scar underneath his left eye, and has piercings in both of his ears.
Ramirez is considered armed and dangerous.
