Diane Keaton Does Sight Gag, Falls, Hits Head, Recovers
She was Annie Hall, so we suppose we should pay attention: Diane Keaton fell and hit her head yesterday on the set of Morning Glory, a movie she's making with Harrison Ford in New York. She's fine. Apparently she was dressed in an inflatable suit and doing some sort of visual gag with a sumo wrestler who bumped her tummy and sent her sprawling. The Post says she lay on the ground for a half hour while medics and a neck brace were summoned. She's been cleared by hospital tests and is reported ready to go back to work.
