ESB, Starbucks, and Runnin' Scared Offer Special Service on Election Day
The Empire State Building will be red, white, and blue tonight "as a reminder to vote in the 2008 presidential election," says management, and will "split its lights" -- half blue, half red -- after dark on Election Day.
Also, as you may have heard, Starbucks is giving a free coffee tomorrow to anyone who voted. Don't let any rightwingers see you cashing in, though -- National Review says, "it looks like ACORN wrote the rules for the give-a-way," and an investigation is pending.
Runnin' Scared will be following the election tomorrow and blogging on it into the night.
