Flight Attendants' Fight Grounds Plane
A flight was cancelled yesterday due to air rage. But in a refreshing change of pace, it was not a passenger, but two female flight attendants who were fighting. The Delta Connection/Pinnacle Airlines flight from Rochester to Atlanta was still on the tarmac where the two stews went at it, and the pilot reportedly called the flight on account of their fisticuffs -- "out of an abundance of caution," says Pinnacle.
"With a storm looming," reports YNN Rochester, "some passengers said they knew there was a chance they'd be delayed, but not for this reason."
The flight attendants are suspended pending an investigation. "The acts described are not acceptable," says a Pinnacle spokesman. The nature of the beef, and whether hair-pulling and clothes-tearing was involved, remain undetermined at press time.
