George W. Bush Hangs Out in the East Village
Today in Awesome New York Signage (or, perhaps more accurately, Awesome New York Street Art), we have this rather amazing 3-D paper mache likeness of our former POTUS. George W. Bush, why, you are looking rather spry attached to the fire hydrant outside of Mary Ann's on 4th Street and Second Avenue! Was it the margaritas?
Here, let's enlarge for the full awesomeness (note the detailing in the shoes -- are those spikes? -- and the realistic Texas tuxedo effect!):
This creation was sighted last night around 7 p.m. If you know the artist who did it or anything about it, please get in touch.
