Have You Seen... First Bank Robbers of the New Year
The parties are over, and Monday it was back to work -- at bank-robbing, for some folks.
The man at left robbed the Chase at 2824 Broadway around 11:40 a.m. Monday. He's described as 35, 5'10", 180 pounds, glasses and a goatee, wearing a black ski hat, brown or burgandy jacket, grey hoodie, blue jeans and tan work boots.
The hard-working man on the right hit two banks Monday: He tried the Citibank at West 23rd and Sixth Avenue, bright and early at 9:05 a.m.; being rebuffed there, he immediately took his act to the Capital One at 23rd between Sixth and Seventh, where he was successful.
NYPD asks anyone with any info to call 1-800-577 TIPS (8477), visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com, or text to 274637 (CRIMES), then enter TIP577.
