Have you had a flu shot? No, I haven't. I don't plan on it. I'm not that susceptible to the flu.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Yeah. But I don't know if it's a physical thing or more of a placebo effect. But it does have some usefulness. I use some herbal stuff garlic, ginkgo it keeps the energy going. Man, the garlic is amazing.

Have you had a flu shot? No. I just haven't gotten around to it.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? No. I'd just rather stick to the drugs you know. These other things aren't proven. Also, both my parents are doctors so whenever I get sick I just take antibiotics.
Have you had a flu shot? Yes. Not every year though.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Yes. I take Echinacea, Golden Seal, vitamin C. But there are other ways to strengthen your immune system. I'm someone who doesn't like to consume too much, I'm not so consuming about things. The Scriptures, in Ecclesiastes, say that if you eat, you should eat for strength, not gluttony. Not sloth. So that's what I do. Eat for strength.

Have you had a flu shot? No. I really don't like taking medicine.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? I believe in it, but I don't know much about it. In Yugoslavia, that's where I'm from, medical care is free so maybe I take it for granted sometimes. How can you charge for health care? That's evil. How can you charge someone for saving their life?

Have you had a flu shot? Yes. I have to go back and get a booster. So far, it's worked.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? A lot of these things, I think it's more mind over matter. I've used some of my mother's home remedies instead of prescription drugs when I'm sick. I don't know what's in it and it tastes nasty, but it always works.

Have you had a flu shot? No. Too busy. I've gotten them in the past, though.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Definitely. I'm a big vitamin C fan. Also, Echinacea. I started using all this stuff because our doctor, my family doctor, studied homeopathy and he also has an M.D. All this stuff works great, especially for fatigue or allergies.

Have you had a flu shot? No. I can't afford it.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Yeah. I took tai chi for a while. It's supposed to get you more in touch with yourself. It's for health and spirituality. Also, I paint. That's the way I stay healthy and in tune. It's not all I need, but it's all I have.

Have you had a flu shot? I have the flu now. But no. I don't have the time. And I'm skeptical.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Yeah. Acupuncture. I took a friend once, but I ended up trying it too. It worked. And I drink herbal teas. Whenever it's a minor illness I'll try some of these holistic remedies.
Resides: Carroll Gardens
Have you had a flu shot? No. I don't go to the doctor. I don't have medical insurance.
Do you believe in nontraditional medicine? Yeah. If it works for you. I haven't used them. I might try it, though.
