"I'm in a Terrible Place": Jared Lee Loughner's Video Tour of his College
The Jared Lee Loughner YouTube rabbit hole keeps getting weirder. In a video released yesterday by his former school, Pima Community College, Loughner takes us on a tour of the campus, calling the place a "genocide school" and "examining the torture of students." It's incredibly creepy, and apparently it was the catalyst for Loughner's suspension from school.
This is unnerving in a lot of ways, mostly due to the jumbled mishmash of ideas that Loughner throws together, echoing the bizarre arguments in his text-only videos. "The war that we are in right now is currently illegal under the Constitution," he says. "What makes it illegal is the currency. The date is also wrong."
What any of this has to do with Pima Community College - or with Giffords - is unclear. There's a lot of questions here that only have answers in Loughner's mind.
