Jam Master Jay, Rest in Peace
Goddamn that deejay made my day.
On October 30, 2002, five years ago today, Jason "Jam Master Jay" Mizell was gunned down inside his Jamaica recording studio. He was 37.
Although federal prosecutors filed court papers in April that named Ronald “Tenad” Washington as an armed accomplice to unidentified shooter, the crime remains unsolved. Can authorities just solve one murder involving hip hop royalty, please?
Rest in Peace, Jay.
