Keep Ya Head Up
Monday morning, 59th St. subway station: "I heard a loud bang... turns out the loud bang was due to debris falling from the ceiling from the subway station!!! AH!!! 2-3 pieces of foot long+ concrete was on the floor in the station... No one got hurt but that doesn't mean no one could have gotten hurt. It was rush hour around 8:15 AM this morning." -- amNewYork Subway Tracker. (More subway tsurris here. In Santiago they get pole dancers. It doesn't seem fair.)
This morning, a woman walking on 8th Avenue near 45th got hit in the head with a brick, which apparently came from a building on which workmen have been doing construction for months. 'Not good!' a Building Department spokesman told Eyewitness News. Watch the skies!
