Kyle Rivera, Suspect in Astoria Murder, Busted by NYPD
Kyle Rivera (right), the third suspect in a killing in Astoria seven months ago, was arrested Monday, the NYPD says. Cops charged the 24-year-old Queens resident Rivera — also known as "White Chocolate" and "Dub C" — with murder, gang assault, and criminal possession of a gun.
The victim, Stefan Middleton, 34, of Queens, was shot to death May 22 after an argument shortly after 1 a.m. on 35th Avenue, near 12th Street. As we previously reported, two others have been arrested in connection with his death. The cops have said they think Rivera was the actual shooter.
