Kyle Rivera Wanted by NYPD in Connection to Queens Homicide

The NYPD is asking for the public's help locating Kyle Rivera, pictured, wanted in connection with the shooting death of Stefan Middleton, 34, of Queens. Middleton was shot in the torso on May 22 after a verbal dispute followed by an assault involving several other individuals. The victim was taken to the hospital and pronounced DOA. Two other suspects have been arrested in the case: Lashawn Battle, 21, and Anthony Johnson, 24, on charges of murder, gang assault, and criminal possession of a weapon (Battle), and assault and gang assault (Johnson).

Rivera, who also goes by "White Chocolate" and "Dub C," is described as a Hispanic male aged 20 to 30, approximately 6 feet tall and 170 pounds, with a long ponytail and facial hair. He is known to drive a Gray Dodge Charger.
