Lou Dobbs Quits CNN One Week After Voice Columnist Says "Enough Dobbs"
Last week, Village Voice writer Gustavo Arellano, who writes our 'Ask a Mexican!' weekly column from our sister paper, OC Weekly, announced that he'd had "enough with Lou Dobbs" and it was time CNN's anti-Mexican pendejo took a hike.
Well, look who was listening!
Tonight, Dobbs shocked everyone -- including his own staffers -- when he decided to walk out on CNN with more than a year left on his contract.
"This will be my last broadcast here on CNN, where I've worked for most of the past 30 years, and where I have many friends and colleagues whom I admire deeply and respect greatly," the anti-immigrant blowhard announced on his broadcast tonight.

Dobbs said he was "considering a number of options," which we hear include everything from (1) bashing Latino immigrants for Fox News to (2) bashing Latino immigrants for Fox Business News. We are on pins and needles waiting to hear which "option" he chooses.
But for now, the Voice congratulates our compadre Gustavo Arellano for chasing the most self-righteous pinche puto pendejo baboso off of the air, even temporarily.
