Michael Musto Voice Anniversary Party Appropriately Huge
You know Michael Musto 25th Anniversary at the Voice party at 230 Fifth last night was a success -- there's a photo spread at Gawker! Also, a slideshow at NBC, and photos in Life and the India Times. Apparently the guy is a celebrity. Isn't that a conflict of interest?
Joan Rivers turned out, and called Musto "the absolutely quintessential New Yorker." ("It's so rare that you connect with a celebrity like that," Musto gushed back, "she's so special to me.") Video of Rivers and Musto addressing the multitudes appears after the jump.
Also in attendance: Musto's mom, Ronnie Spector, Murray Hill, Dirty Martini, Bridget Everett, Tommy Femia as Liza (with whom Musto dueted), and hundreds of Musto's closest friends.
