More Clintonites in Obama White House?
First Obama got John Podesta for the transition team and Rahm Emanuel for Chief of Staff. Then rumors surfaced that Jamie Gorelick is being considered for Attorney General. Now we hear that Patti Solis Doyle, who did such a great job on Hillary Clinton's Presidential campaign that she was encouraged to take the remainder of it off in February, has been approached by the Obama team for a "a senior White House post," and the Big Dog himself may be commissioned as Obama's envoy to Kashmir. We understand Obama doesn't want to repeat the Carter mistake of relying on a bunch of his homies to take on Washington, and there isn't much else in the way of Democratic Presidential alumni to avail, but the flood of familiar Clinton faces is harshing our hope-and-change a little. It might be time to move up the appointment of RFK Jr. (We note also that Bill Moyers is still looking pretty spry.)
