O Holy Night! Carolers to Pimp $2.55 Luxury Units
The real estate market is soft, even in that economic stratosphere where you would think buyers are immune to fluctuations. So the high-end dealers are getting creative. Before the election one local realtor offered an opt-out to buyers if McCain won the Presidential race. Now Prime Condos hopes to lure buyers into their mega-development at 333 West 14th Street with Christmas carols. A band of carolers "from a Greenwich Village parish" will serenade passers-by on Sunday to get richies into the giving spirit -- and at a starting price of $2.55 million per unit, they better really lean into "O Come All Ye Faithful."
