Ron Wood Up on Assault Charges
if you've got "Wood" in your name, maybe you should just take the week off. Following the affairs L'Tiger, Ron Wood of the Rolling Stones has been arrested for assault in Claygate, UK. Cops -- 'scuse us, constables -- say the 62-year-old Wood's arrest was "in connection with a domestic incident" on the High Street. He's said to be going around with 21-year-old Ekaterina Ivanova, of whom the Sun obliging supplies topless photos.
On the other hand, James Woods has done well this week, settling a claim against a hospital he and his nephew had accused of negligence and wrongful death in the case of his brother Michael. The Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island will establish a $1.25 million institute in the brother's name to study ways to prevent wrongful hospital deaths. Also, Steve Winwood was just nominated for two Grammys, and Trisha Yearwood is putting out a new cookbook. So maybe the warning only applies if you're having trouble with your SO.
