Ruben Larios, Harlem Teen, Shot to Death in His Own Lobby (Update)
DATE: Friday, Feb. 5 at 11:23 p.m. LOCATION: 381 Edgecombe Ave, Harlem. Police say a 17-year-old named Ruben Larios was found late Friday in the lobby of his apartment building with two gunshot wounds to the chest. He was transported to Harlem Hospital, where he was later declared dead.
Update: The police say they have arrested Jorge Vasquez, 24, of Gerard Ave. in the Bronx. He is charged with second-degree murder and illegal weapons possession.
