Snatched Baby Found in the Bronx; Christian Group Helps
Kristin Murray took her 17-month-old daughter, Calden, from Arizona to New York in June. But the methadone-using mom didn't tell Calden's father, Bill Savicki, and Savicki had custody. A frantic search ensued. A Christian group in Latrobe, Pennsylvania called the American Association for Lost Children, which says it has "successfully rescued over 120 abducted children throughout the U.S and abroad," got involved; its agent, Candace Harrison, tracked down the mother and child via a credit card charge and by surveilling Bronx methadone clinics, reports WCBS. Kristin Murray is in the custody of the 103rd Precinct, and Calden is by now probably in custody of her father.
