Snowpocalpse Has Cost City $38.8 Million; Hosni Mubarak Leaves Cairo; Charlie Sheen Just Wanted a "Porn Family"

• It's another cold morning in our "record-breaking" winter, currently at 22 degrees. But it's sunny! In other news, the weather has cost the city $38.8 million, which is its entire snow budget. On a positive note, crime has been down. [NYT]

Hosni Mubarak has left Cairo, according to various reports, and is in southern Egypt, but is "expected" to return. Today marks Day 18 of the protests. [CBS]

• Ingmar Guandique, convicted of the 2001 murder of Washington intern Chandra Levy, will be sentenced this morning. He wasn't arrested until 2009. Then California Congressman Gary Condit had been questioned heavily in relation to the murder. [CNN]

• Hospitals don't want anyone to smoke, not even their employees. [Pat's Papers]

• Don't worry, folks -- despite rumors to the contrary, Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky are totally in love. The New York Post has pictures of them gazing longingly at one another (at last night's amfAR Gala) to prove it! [NYP]

• All Charlie Sheen wanted was a loving relationship with a "porn family." As a talent manager explained, "Most of the girls in porn have no family, or their families have stopped speaking to them because of what they are doing." He's doing them a kindness! [NYDN]
