Subway Sex Abuse Victims Have to Help Themselves
Police are on the lookout for this beanie-sporting guy who a woman claims sexually abused her on the W train in Queens yesterday.
While the train was approaching the 39th Avenue station, the man reportedly touched the 33-year-old woman in "certain areas that feel uncomfortable," said a DCPI spokeswoman who declined to elaborate.
The woman then snapped this photo of the guy with her cell phone when she hopped of at Queensboro Plaza, which was a wise move, because if the guy had followed her off the train and raped her, the MTA wouldn't be required to help her in any way besides calling the police. And last time that happened, the guy got away before they got there.
